USGA rolls out new tool to help fans buy and sell US Open tickets at Brookline Country Club – Boston 25 News

BROOKLINE, Mass. – The United States Golf Association on Monday rolled out a new tool in an effort to help fans buy and sell tickets for the sold-out 2022 US Open at Brookline Country Club next month.

Ticket categories in the USGA resale market include Gallery, American Express Reserved Grandstand, Garden with Corona Premier, and Trophy Club.

“The Boston area is widely regarded as one of the best sports cities in America and we saw it firsthand ahead of this year’s championship. Ticket demand from New England fans exceeded our expectations and the 122nd US Open is officially sold out,” USGA Chief Commercial Officer Podany said in a press release. “The USGA resale market will allow fans looking for tickets on the secondary market to be sure that their purchases are genuine and legitimate.”

The major tournament will take place from June 16 to 19. Golfers on the course include Tiger Woods, Justin Thomas, Rory McIlroy, Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson and Jordan Spieth.
