One of the flagship events of the Saint-Louis holiday season will return in just over a week. The Missouri Botanical Garden Garden Glow (4344, boulevard Shaw) is set to bless our eyeballs starting November 13th.

Over a million lights dazzle as you walk through the garden. The Botanical Garden’s website also promises “fun new experiences” as well as photo opportunities, s’mores and festive drinks.

Photo opportunities include posing behind holiday frames or an inflatable snow globe in designated photo areas. Of course, photos are encouraged all over the garden. Santa will also make several appearances in the garden in his sleigh at Linnaean Plaza from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on certain days in November and December.

The Garden Glow requires masks for people over five years old on entry and exit, as well as indoors. Masks are recommended outdoors.

Tickets are available for purchase now. Non-members over thirteen pay $ 18 for off-peak hours and $ 20 during peak hours, while children’s tickets cost $ 10. Membership tickets start at $ 14 and can cost up to $ 16; prices for children of members under thirteen start at $ 3 and cost up to $ 8. The Garden Glow opens at 5 p.m. every evening and welcomes its last guests from 8:30 p.m.

Some Wednesday evenings, however, kids enter for $ 3 while adults enter for $ 18 due to “Family Evenings.” The dates for Family Nights are November 17 and 24; December 1 and 8.

The Garden Glow will run until January 8, 2022. Buy tickets online at glow.missouribotanicalgarden.org.
