27 fall festivals, Halloween events to do in the valley

PHOENIX – If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, here’s a look at some of the activities, events, exhibitions, and concerts happening in the city.

While health officials have said those fully vaccinated can begin to resume normal activities, over the summer the CDC has recommended that everyone wear masks in indoor public places in areas of the city. “high” or “substantial” spread of COVID-19, and overcrowded outside events, regardless of their vaccination status.

Some sites in the city have also stepped up their COVID-19 security policies, including requiring masks, requiring people to be fully immunized or have a negative COVID-19 test, or reduced capacity. Be sure to check each site’s website for their latest guidelines.

Arizona State Fair (Wednesday-Sunday, October 1-30)
